About Settlify

Why we built it

We got tired of apps that start simple and slowly turn hostile — daily limits, unskippable ads, paywalls on features that used to be free. Bill splitting is a utility. It should work like one.

Settlify charges a small one-time fee per group, shared among members. A few cents each. After that: no limits, no interruptions, no lock-in. Pay when you need it. Not before, not on a recurring basis.

How Settlify works

Add your expenses, split them however makes sense — equally, by shares, or custom amounts. Settlify calculates who owes what and minimises the number of transfers needed to settle up. Then it suggests the easiest way to pay, using apps your group already has: Revolut, Twint, and more. No pushing our own payment card. No hidden currency conversions.

No friction at every step

• No installation needed. Anyone in the group can join, add expenses, and view balances directly in their browser — no app download, no signup required.
• No subscription. Settlify is free to try. You only pay when you start a second group, and only once — not every month.
• No ads, no trackers. Settlify does not sell your data or interrupt you with ads. Privacy is a default, not a premium feature.
• No lock-in. Use Settlify when you need it. It does its job and goes away until you do.

Built for real groups

Settlify is for the ski trip you take once a year, the dinner party where everyone paid for something different, the group that just needs to settle and move on. Available on Android, iOS, and the web — so everyone can participate, regardless of what device they use.
